Job summary

Sambla Group, a Stockholm-based fintech leader, seeks a GEO Marketer to join the GEO & Content team at headquarters in central Stockholm. You’ll drive organic visibility, content, accessibility and AI-enabled discovery across markets, owning the local roadmap and translating market needs into actionable content and optimization.

We prize hands-on work across SEO, GEO, content, AI and performance, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, quality and measurable impact.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, organic growth, online marketing or a similar role, with at least 3 years in SEO or GEO.
Practical experience with keyword research, search intent, content optimization and organic performance analysis.
Experience coding and building websites with strong technical SEO and GEO knowledge.
In-depth understanding of how LLMs and AI agents work and how AI search and generative discovery are changing organic acquisition.
Strong interest in AI, automation, workflow optimization and new GEO/content working methods.
Experience owning organic performance development from insight to execution and optimization.
Good collaboration with performance marketing, content, PR, analytics or tech teams.
Structured, proactive, ownership-driven mindset focused on quality and measurable impact.
Strong English communication; native-level Norwegian or Finnish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own organic visibility for your market across search engines, AI search, answer engines and discovery platforms.
Set and run the local organic roadmap, including priorities and content requirements.
Translate market needs and trends into clear content and optimization priorities.
Research keywords and intent, and write content briefs for SEO and GEO goals.
Refresh existing content for clarity, authority and conversion for AI discovery.
Manage website content, accessibility, Core Web Vitals and user engagement.
Ensure content and site code are structured for search engines, users and AI agents.
Adapt global GEO frameworks to the local market.
Incorporate AI into research, topic clustering, briefs and localization.
Share AI-enabled workflows to boost speed and quality across GEO/content work.
Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Digital PR, Affiliation and Marketing Engineering.
Track organic performance and decide what to scale or optimize.
