Qualifications

• Previous experience as General Manager, Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality leader.
• Experience leading busy, high-volume restaurant operations.
• Confident in managing people, performance, sales and costs.
• Leads from the floor and is visible with guests and the team.
• Clear communication and a positive, accountable team culture.
• Organised, calm under pressure and able to make good decisions during service.
• Excited by opening a new restaurant and building something from day one.

Responsibilities

• Lead the opening and day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
• Build, train and develop a strong front-of-house and management team.
• Create a warm, energetic and consistent guest experience.
• Drive sales, profitability, labour control and operational standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen and support teams to ensure smooth service.
• Manage performance, team engagement and service standards.
• Make sure the restaurant follows company procedures, health & safety and compliance standards.
