Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Principal Technical Business Developer for GenAI/ML in EMEA. You will drive AI value for leading customers, shaping transformation roadmaps and accelerating revenue by guiding opportunities from PoC to deal closure.

You will collaborate with Generative AI specialists, solutions architects, and cross-functional teams to codify repeatable GenAI adoption patterns and scale success across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
• Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives, both business and technical.
• Technical fluency in Generative AI architectures, including agentic AI patterns.

Responsibilities

• Focus on a portfolio of priority accounts in Nordics and Benelux, building executive relationships.
• Shape customers' AI transformation roadmap and accelerate deal cycles with account teams.
• Codify repeatable GenAI adoption motions and contribute to EMEA-wide methodologies.
