Job summary

Workday is seeking an experienced full‑stack engineer toOwn features from design to deployment using React/TypeScript on the frontend, Node/TypeScript on the backend, and Postgres for data. You will integrate with AI-enabled Sana products within Workday’s AI initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver valuable customer experiences.

About The Role

In this role, you will

About You

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with frontend (React/TypeScript), backend (Node/TypeScript) and database (Postgres)
• Experience with end-to-end ownership of delivering features for our customers

Other qualifications:

• Experience shipping customer-facing value quickly in small teams - owning everything from problem definition through UX, API, and instrumentation.
• Experience working end-to-end to deliver features that delight users and move the needle for our customers.

Listed below is the base salary range applicable to this position. Workday pay ranges (and the precise pay offered to the successful candidate) are based on a number of objective criteria such as relevant experience and skills, and educational qualifications, level of responsibility, demands of the role, work location and business need. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants awarded by Workday Inc.
