About the role:

As a Fullstack Developer, working with SEB Neo and the family experience, you’ll drive customer value with a strong sense of ownership and quality. You’ll develop high‑traffic applications using Node.js TDD, and apply Infrastructure as Code with GCP/Kubernetes/Terraform, managing CI/CD pipelines. This includes ensuring reliability, performance tuning, and robust security through monitoring, logging, alerting, and precise access control. You will design system architectures, making long‑term technical decisions while balancing speed, quality, and scalability. Experience with native app development, React Native, Kotlin backends, or server‑side rendering is a plus.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

• Solid experience developing applications with Node.js and practical experience with Test‑Driven Development (TDD).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code practices (Kubernetes, Terraform) and experience with GCP or other major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments, understanding monitoring, logging, alerting, and security best practices.
• A strong sense of ownership and a focus on delivering customer value while balancing trade‑offs between speed, quality, and scalability.
• Experience designing system architectures, making long‑term technical decisions, and building high‑traffic consumer applications/services.
