Job summary

Ingrid seeks a Software Engineer to join the Platforms team, building and maintaining the platform that powers real-time trading decisions, grid balancing, asset optimization, and data pipelines for our energy operations.

You will work across the full stack with Python backend (FastAPI) and TypeScript frontend, deployed as containerised microservices in the cloud, collaborating with traders and asset operators to ship production-ready features.

Qualifications

• Solid Python experience with production services.
• Frontend experience in TypeScript/React for external and internal tooling.
• Cloud experience (GCP or similar), CI/CD and Docker familiarity.
• Experience in energy sector is a bonus.
• Interest in AI-native tooling to boost workflows.

Responsibilities

• Apply your skills to one of our key domains: Optimization & Trade, Delivery & Steering, or Partner Experience Platform.
• Design, build and maintain production-grade services across the stack (Backend in Python; frontend in TypeScript/React).
• Build interfaces where the platform meets its users—traders and asset operators with a well-structured UI on live data.
• Contribute to API design, architecture and the tech roadmap, with RESTful and event-driven patterns.
