Job summary

Arcesium in Stockholm is seeking a Forward Deployed Solution Architect to bridge sales and technology for the Front Office P/OMS platform. You will translate client needs into concrete architectures and lead PoC engagements across CTO/COO stakeholders.

Join a cloud-native, data-intensive environment with global financial clients; you will collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape delivery, contribute to reusable playbooks, and help win complex enterprise deals.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing technical roles such as pre-sales or solutions consulting.
• Deep front-office domain knowledge across investment management workflows.
• Broad asset class coverage, including fixed income and derivatives.
• Technology fluency in integration architecture, APIs, data flows, and cloud infrastructure.
• Commercial acumen to navigate sales cycles and evaluate platform trade-offs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, adaptable to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the solutioning layer of the sales process from discovery through PoC and deal close.
• Lead discovery with CTOs, COOs, and front-office stakeholders to map needs.
• Design and articulate solutions aligning platform capabilities to problems.
• Deliver PoCs with defined success criteria and manage delivery.
• Produce proposal materials, architectures, and business-case narratives.
• Present platform in sales conversations and demos.
• Guide technical evaluations, API walkthroughs, data flow discussions, and readiness assessments.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed insights into roadmaps.
• Contribute to reusable artefacts and playbooks to improve velocity.
