Jefferson Frank is partnering with a client in Sweden to recruit a Senior Data Scientist to join a high-performing data and analytics team transforming large-scale engineering and sensor data into actionable business insights.

You will lead the design and deployment of production-grade ML models, mentor junior practitioners, and communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders while driving innovative data solutions forward.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field with strong data science foundation.
• 5+ years in data science or ML with production-grade pipelines.
• Strong Python and data libraries (Pandas, NumPy, PySpark).

Responsibilities

• Analyse large and complex datasets to generate insights.
• Design, validate, and deploy ML models to production.
• Lead data science initiatives from concept to deployment.
