Ultra Group is seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist / Data Analyst to join in Södertälje, Sweden. This hybrid role requires three days per week in the office and offers permanent employment starting ASAP.

You will apply Python-based data science and ML solutions to pricing, warranty claims, and cost control, building scalable data pipelines and models. Collaboration with stakeholders in an Agile team and contributing to CI/CD are core parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and apply ML or statistical models to business problems.
• Strong Python development and software engineering practices.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Quantitative degree in CS, Math, Stats, Physics or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Analyze data and translate business needs into data science solutions.
• Develop and improve ML, DL, statistical, and optimization models.
• Build and maintain Python code and pipelines for training and inference.
• Deploy containerized solutions using AWS and Snowflake.
• Work with Snowflake, Snowpark, and SQL for data processing and analysis.
• Contribute to CI/CD, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with data specialists and business stakeholders in an agile team.
