Job summary

H&M Group in Stockholm is seeking a passionate, commercially driven Supply & Demand Manager to strengthen demand and supply planning for the Franchise business and support commercial performance across franchise markets. You will develop top-down demand and supply plans aligned with targets, provide rolling forecasts, optimize stock levels, and guide partners on stock management.

The role reports to the Head of Franchise Omni Merchandising and offers opportunities to influence global

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in demand planning, merchandising, buying, or stock management.
• Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.
• Strong understanding of stock management and supply chain flows.
• Strong commercial awareness and business understanding.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain top-down demand and supply plans aligned with franchise commercial targets.
• Ensure alignment between the total franchise plan and customer group plans.
• Provide rolling forecasts and highlight deviations to support proactive decision-making.
• Support optimization of stock levels, availability, and reduction strategies.
• Guide franchise partners on stock management strategies and actions.
• Collaborate with global teams to influence quantities, life-cycle, and assortment decisions.
• Identify risks and opportunities related to sales, stock, and availability.
• Support merchandising and partners with insights to drive commercial performance.
• Contribute to pricing, assortment, and commercial prioritization discussions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Global functions, and franchise partners to align planning and execution.
• Support initiatives related to demand planning, forecasting, and supply optimization.
• Lead and support team development, if applicable, and drive collaboration across functions and stakeholders.
