Job summary

Spotify is seeking a commercially minded FP&A Manager to be the dedicated finance partner for the Distribution Partnerships team. This role builds financial foundations, including business cases, subscriber models, and end-to-end P&L analyses that connect user growth with business outcomes.

You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate opportunities, challenge assumptions, and deliver data-informed insights for leaders to drive growth and optimize partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally in partnerships or growth-focused environments.
• Strong ability to build financial models, perform scenario analysis, and translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
