You will design evaluation frameworks, contribute to safety-focused content classification, and build scalable analytics foundations in collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead analyses across user behavior and content data to shape product decisions.
• Shape evaluation frameworks for content classification and safety.

• Build scalable analytics foundations: metrics, dashboards, self-serve data.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations leadership to set priorities.
• Raise analytical standards through mentorship and methodology.
