Job summary

Spotify is seeking a commercially minded FP&A Manager to act as the finance partner for Distribution Partnerships. You will build end‑to‑end P&L analyses, develop subscriber forecasts, and connect user growth to business outcomes.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to evaluate opportunities, build business cases, and improve reporting and processes in a fast‑paced environment. Location: hybrid in Stockholm or London.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, strategy or analytics experience.
• Skilled in building sophisticated financial models and scenario analyses.
• Able to translate commercial agreements into financial outcomes and partner with legal/business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead investment model development for partnerships, forecasting revenue and P&L impact.
• Create financial frameworks for evaluating new and existing partnerships.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate insights into recommendations.
• Build and maintain reporting for the partnership portfolio, KPIs, and forecasting.
• Support annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and data‑driven targets.
