Job summary

Volvo Group is seeking a strategic Head of Finance for the Hallsberg site in Sweden. You will lead the Finance team, drive financial planning and forecasting, and partner with site leadership to ensure profitability and sustainable value creation.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will translate financial data into actionable plans, support strategy deployment, and advance efficiency across manufacturing and business operations.

Qualifications

• A university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Experience in finance, controlling or business-partnering in complex environments.
• Experience of leading people and teams.
• Experience from manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Strong planning, forecasting, costing, investment analysis and performance management.
• Good understanding of profitability and value creation.
• Experience from Lean, operational excellence or continuous improvement.
• Ability to influence senior management decisions.
• Ability to build relationships in a global matrix organization.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
