Cytiva in Uppsala, Sweden, is seeking a Finance Manager to drive financial planning, forecasting and performance management for the business unit. You will partner with business leaders to optimize resources and deliver sustainable growth and productivity initiatives.

In this on-site role you’ll lead monthly forecasting, budgeting and closing processes, evaluate capital investments and report on ROI, while collaborating with the Global PMO and CFO on strategic investment planning.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Multiple years of FP&A experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience evaluating capital investments using NPV/IRR/ROI.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP/FP&A systems experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly forecasting, Annual Operating Plan and monthly closing processes; analyze revenue, margin, OPEX and operating profit; deliver business reviews and KPI analytics.
• Provide financial oversight for capital investments including capacity expansion, productivity and growth projects; monitor spend and governance.
• Partner with the BU CFO on FP&A activities and strategic investment planning, as primary finance partner for capital governance.
• Drive DBS and continuous improvement; explore AI, automation and digital tools to enhance financial planning, reporting and decision-making.
