Job summary

Securitas Group seeks a senior Data Domain Owner for Finance Data to lead the global data strategy. You will define data governance, ensure data quality, and collaborate with Finance, IT, and Operations to implement a common information model and master data standards.

The role requires extensive Finance transformation experience, strong leadership, and the ability to translate business needs into data definitions across multiple systems in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to investigate data issues, identify root causes, and recommend improvements.
• Leadership skills to drive alignment with CFOs and CIOs across regions.
• Deep Finance domain knowledge including cost centers, ledgers, and treasury concepts.
• Experience with master data management, metadata governance, and enterprise data models.
• Familiarity with finance data platforms and data governance tooling.

Responsibilities

• Understand and co-own Finance data end-to-end across processes (cradle to grave).
• Define data roles and responsibilities with CFOs and business partners.
• Continuously collect, document and prioritize Finance data requirements and changes.
• Drive CIM (Common Information Model) implementation and alignment across systems with IT and Finance sponsors.
• Manage data quality initiatives, detect root causes, and remediate defects with Finance sponsors.
• Develop, agree and maintain a roadmap of Finance data improvement initiatives.
• Communicate data standards and governance across Finance and business; provide training and guidance.
