Job summary

Johnson &Johnson in Stockholm, Sweden seeks a Finance Controller for the Surgery Nordics unit. The role partners with country leaders, drives P&L, and leads budgeting, forecasting and capital allocation.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and regional finance to optimize value and ensure compliance with corporate policies. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in finance, a finance degree, fluent English, and strong leadership to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced MedTech

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with a recognized professional qualification (CPA, CFA, ACCA).
• Fluency in English is required.
• 7+ years of financial experience in MedTech/pharma or life sciences.
• Experience in or with business unit finance; strong regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to Surgery Nordics leadership, provide insights on opportunities and investments.
• Manage P&L for Surgery Nordics, drive performance and compliance with internal controls.
• Lead adoption of advanced analytics, ERP upgrades, and real-time reporting dashboards.
