Job description

Description Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join the Perrigo Finance team - based either in London or Stockolm.

This role provides finance leadership within the Nordics Management team, partnering with commercial leaders to deliver Net Revenue and Operating Income. Acting as a trusted advisor to the business, the role brings full P&L visibility and insight by connecting data from multiple reporting systems, including Power Query, Power BI, Workday Adaptive, SAP, and CFIN, and translating it into clear recommendations for informed decision-making. The role combines strong commercial business partnering with robust forecasting, planning and governance, and a genuine value-add mentality. It requires the ability to work at pace, demonstrating strong time management, planning, and prioritisation skills to ensure deadlines are consistently met and outputs are delivered to a high standard across the Nordics consumer business.

Scope of the Role
Business Partnering
  • Provide finance leadership within the Nordics Management team to support the delivery of Net Revenue, Operating Income and Working Capital targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the commercial team (Nordics Market Lead, Sales Manager, Marketing Manager) to provide financial insight into pricing strategies, G2N and A&P investment, product launches, and improved mix.
  • Regularly evaluate risks and opportunities, driving action to maximise financial outcomes.
  • Effectively communicate the financial position and insights to Cluster and Corporate management, providing recommendations for informed decision‑making.
  • Accountable for the weekly and monthly operating income forecast with a high level of forecast accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX and company policies in all commercial finance activities within the Nordics consumer business.
Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Oversee the annual bottom‑up Budgeting process for the Nordics consumer business, ensuring it aligns with company objectives and optimise investment and resource allocation.
  • Support the monthly rolling S&OE/IBP process, turning demand plans into a rolling financial P&L across volume, sales, margin and cost drivers.
  • Partner with Cluster FP&A to ensure assumptions across volume, price, mix, margin, cost of goods, freight and promotional spend are robust, clearly documented and accurately reflected in the plan.
Value-Add Approach
  • Lead projects aimed at improving the commercial P&L, reducing operational costs, and enhancing overall efficiency within the organisation.
  • Develop and deliver training programmes to the commercial teams (finance for non‑finance), ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis and scenario modelling of value‑add initiatives to support key business decisions.
  • Own the Nordics numbers presented, ensuring a clear understanding of what has changed, why it has changed, and how key movements impact the commercial forecast and reporting outputs.
  • Build knowledge of the system to identify opportunities for process improvement and use this expertise to support and train the wider team.
Experience Required
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) with previous experience in commercial finance, FP&A or business partnering within a fast‑paced, commercially focused environment, and a strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Strong analytical capability, with a proven ability to interpret and interrogate complex data, perform detailed reconciliations, identify key drivers, and constructively challenge assumptions where results do not align with expectations.
  • Confident working across multiple financial and reporting systems, including SAP, Adaptive, Power BI, Power Query, and Visual Fabriq, with the ability to connect data sources and support accurate reporting outputs.
  • Deomstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior and junior stakeholders across finance and non‑finance teams, translating financial insight into practical business understanding.
  • Proactive, positive, and solution‑oriented, with a willingness to take ownership, learn quickly, and contribute to continuous improvement across processes, reporting, and ways of working.
