Job summary

AAK is seeking a Finance Business Partner within Commercial Development & Innovation Finance to connect financial performance with business priorities across a highly international organization. This role is based in Malmö and is an 18-month maternity cover, partnering with commercial, product, R&D, Insights and Marketing.

Qualifications

Relevant university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
Several years of experience within Finance, Business Controlling, FP&A or Finance Business Partnering.
Strong business partnering, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with Global/Regional stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
Deliver performance analysis, identify drivers, trends and opportunities.
Support monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning.
Prepare analyses and presentations for senior leaders.
Support weekly performance reporting and quarterly Business Reviews.
Coordinate with global teams to ensure high-quality planning and reporting.
Drive improvements via simplification, standardization and automation of reporting.
