Job summary

AAK is seeking a Commercial Product Manager based in Malmö, Sweden, to manage and strengthen the Personal Care portfolio of plant-based specialty cosmetic ingredients. You will ensure profitability and relevance to market needs, while serving as Technical Sales Manager for a global distributor.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, cosmetics focus preferred.
5–10 years international B2B experience in cosmetics or related fields.
Experience in product development, supply chain, sales, or marketing, plus project management.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Manage and strengthen cosmetic ingredients portfolio for commercial performance.
Develop portfolio in line with market trends and customer needs.
Strengthen product positioning through substantiation, sustainability, communication, and price optimization.
Act as Technical Sales Manager for a major global distributor.
Drive strategic account management with internal teams and external partner.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, supply chain, sales, and marketing.
Coordinate projects and stakeholders for effective execution.
