Job summary

AAK AB in Malmö (SE) is seeking a Finance Business Partner within Commercial Development & Innovation Finance. This 18-month maternity cover will connect financial performance with business priorities across a highly international organization, collaborating with commercial, product, R&D, Insights and Marketing.

You will report to the Finance Director and engage in reporting, planning and performance management while helping to improve reporting and ways of working across the organization.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Several years of experience in Finance, Business Controlling, FP&A or Finance Business Partnering.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Head of Industries, R&D, Insights, Marketing and other stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Deliver performance analyses to identify key drivers, trends and opportunities.
• Support monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning processes.
• Prepare financial analyses and presentations for senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Support weekly business performance reporting and quarterly Business Reviews.
• Coordinate with global and regional teams for high-quality planning and reporting.
• Drive improvements through simplification, standardization and automation of reporting processes.
• Support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.

As aFinance Business Partner within Commercial Development & Innovation(CD&I) Finance, you will play an important role in connecting financialperformance with business priorities across a highly internationalorganization.

This isan 18-month maternity cover where you will work closely with commercial, product, R&D, Insights and Marketing stakeholders. You will act as atrusted Finance partner, providing financial insights, challenging assumptionsand supporting the business with decision-making, planning and performance management.

You willreport to the Finance Director and have broad exposure across the organization.The role combines recurring financial processes with strategic businessquestions, while also giving you the opportunity to improve and developreporting and ways of working.

Aboutyou

You have a relevant university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or arelated field and several years of experience within Finance, BusinessControlling, FP&A or Finance Business Partnering.

• Strongbusiness partnering skills and the ability to build trust with stakeholdersacross different functions and levels.
• Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financialdata into clear business insights.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools such as Power BI and/orTableau.
• Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience is preferred.
• Strongcommunication skills and confidence to communicate financial topics to bothFinance and non-Finance stakeholders.
• FluentEnglish, both written and spoken. Swedish or other Scandinavian languages is anadvantage.
• Experience from the food, pharma, FMCG or consumer goods industry is anadvantage, but not required.

As a person, you are commercially minded, curious and analytical. You enjoy understanding the business behind the numbers and are comfortable challengingassumptions and asking questions when needed.

You arestructured and able to manage several priorities at the same time, whilemaintaining a high level of quality. You take ownership of your work, arecomfortable working independently and enjoy collaborating with stakeholdersacross an international organization.

You alsosee opportunities to improve how things are done and take initiative to drivethings forward.
