Job summary

Videberg Kraft AB is seeking a Financial Controller & Finance Manager to own the finance function and report to the CFO. You will manage accounting, closing, reporting, liquidity planning and governance, while building scalable processes from the ground up.

You will coordinate budgeting and forecasting company-wide, align project forecasts with the overall outlook, and partner with the Project Controller to drive performance and compliance in a dynamic, start-up style environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of finance experience in controlling, accounting and reporting.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and liquidity planning.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience preparing financial reports and presentations for senior management and the board.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes.
• Prepare P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting.
• Coordinate statutory reporting, audits and tax reporting and compliance.
• Develop management reporting and KPI frameworks; monitor financial performance.
• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting with the CFO; incorporate project forecasts.
• Build scalable finance processes and internal controls with the CFO.
