Qualifications

• Background as Maintenance Technician, Field Service Technician, or Workshop Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair and maintenance of heavy plant machinery in workshop and at client sites.
• Attend breakdowns across Sweden and support routine maintenance.

35,000 SEK – 55,000 SEK per month + Monday to Friday (39 hours) + Overnight Travel (avg. 5–10 days a year) + Pension + Company Vehicle (Personal Use Available) + Company Benefits

The Role

• Service, repair, and maintenance of heavy plant / construction machinery
• Routine preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs in the workshop and at client sites
• Attending breakdowns across Sweden (averaging 5–10 overnight stays per year)

The Person

• Background as a Maintenance Technician, Field Service Technician, or Workshop Engineer
• Proven experience in maintenance engineering on heavy plant machinery or equipment
• Proficient in spoken Swedish (B2 level or above)
• Hands-on experience in mechanical servicing (with knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics)
• Candidates with a military background are strongly encouraged to apply—particularly those with heavy mechanical experience from the Swedish Armed Forces (Försvarsmakten), Swedish Army (Armén), or Swedish Army Corps of Engineers (Ingenjörtrupperna / Ing 2)
