This is a varied role combining skilled on‑site support, software setup and support, tooling repair, preventative maintenance, installation and customer‑facing technical expertise. You’ll work across a wide range of assembly tooling, including pneumatic and electric tools, while also supporting projects and continuous improvement activities. If you enjoy problem‑solving, working independently, and being the technical expert customers rely on, this role will suit you. Whether you’re an experienced engineer or looking to take the next step in your engineering career, you’ll receive the training and support needed to develop your technical skills and build specialist knowledge. Through your work, you’ll help customers secure the uptime and performance they rely on to run their operations with confidence.

What your day could look like:

No two days are the same. You could be diagnosing a tooling fault on a production line, carrying out preventative maintenance, installing new equipment, calibrating torque tooling, supporting a customer project or delivering technical training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day‑to‑day technical support at our customers' sites across the Nordic.
  • Perform installation, service, and repair of assembly tooling whilst ensuring safety compliance and documenting activities.
  • Carry out preventative maintenance and calibration activities.

  • Work closely with internal teams and sales to resolve application challenges.
  • Promote company products, services, and solutions through strong customer relationships.
  • Maintain awareness of competitor products and industry developments.

Essential:

Practical mechanical and/or electrical engineering aptitude, with an ability to diagnose faults using a logical and methodical approach. What success looks like:

Within your first 6–12 months, you will be developing the technical knowledge and confidence to independently diagnose tooling and process issues, support customers on‑site and complete routine service, repair and calibration activities.
