Job summary

HOERBIGER in Sweden is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and deliver aftermarket field service assignments safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

You will connect customers, field supervisors, technicians, suppliers, and internal teams while ensuring the right people, tools, and information are available when needed. This role involves travel and office-based work with collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• Three years of relevant experience in field service coordination, project planning, maintenance, or a similar operational role.
• Ability to manage several priorities and adjust plans when schedules, resources, or customer requirements change.
• Ability to prepare technical documentation and work effectively with ERP systems and MS Office.
• Clear communication in Swedish and English with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate field service interventions, including schedules, workforce, equipment, tools, materials, and spare parts.
• Support field service supervisors and technicians through effective back-office coordination and occasional on-site assistance.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams during service execution.
• Monitor progress, communicate status and risks, and develop contingency plans to minimize delays and downtime.
• Promote safety and quality by supporting audits, safety briefings, and compliance with ISO, SCC and ATEX requirements.

What you should be good at

• You have technical education or training in mechanical engineering, industrial methods, maintenance management, field service, or a comparable discipline.
• You bring at least three years of relevant experience in field service coordination, project planning, maintenance, or a similar operational role.
• You are confident managing several priorities and making sound decisions when schedules, resources, or customer requirements change.
• You can prepare technical documentation and work effectively with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• You communicate clearly in Swedish and English with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
