Job summary

Envista is seeking a Group Manager for production at our Karlskoga site in Sweden. You will provide end‑to‑end leadership of surface treatment and cleanroom assembly in an ISO Class 7 environment, ensuring safety, quality, delivery and cost targets are met.

You will lead seven managers and ~100 operators across ~40 process steps, driving Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory standards. Strong Swedish and English communication are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading a team.
• Experience in production environments.
• Medical device experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations to meet safety, quality, cost and delivery targets.
• Manage staffing, recruitment, performance development and salary reviews.
• Drive Continuous Improvement and Envista Business System (EBS).
• Set and monitor KPIs to drive operational excellence.
• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for the factory.
• Coordinate with Quality and support functions for issue resolution.
