Qualifications

About the role

As a Consultant Manager, you will be responsible for a team of consultants and specialists working across a wide range of customer engagements within engineering, digital transformation, PLM, ERP and related technology areas. You will collaborate with sales teams and internal stakeholders to ensure the right competencies are matched with the right opportunities.

The role combines hands-on leadership with long-term organizational development.

You will report directly to the Head of Business Consulting and collaborate closely with our Consultant Managers and leaders across the Nordic organization.

The position can be based in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Lund, Vantaa or Tampere.

• Experience from consulting, professional services or other project-based businesses.
• Strong business acumen.

• Professional proficiency in Swedish and English.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant area.
