BearingPoint Sweden is searching for one or more Managers to join our Operations practice, with a focus on Manufacturing, Retail, and/or the Public Sector. You will be part of our Strategy and Operations team based in Stockholm, Gothenburg, or Malmö. As a management consultant at BearingPoint, you will have the opportunity to work in an ambitious team, collaborate with international experts, and contribute to meaningful projects that drive transformation and growth for our clients.

About the Role

As a member of our Strategy and Operations team, you will play a key role in delivering transformational change for our clients by developing and implementing tailored solutions. Our focus areas include operational excellence and supply chain management.

You will work on diverse projects, ranging from strategy development to implementation. These may involve helping clients define their strategies, designing and delivering supply chain capabilities, or optimizing business processes. Through your expertise and collaboration with talented colleagues, you will create value for clients in areas such as process optimization, cost reduction, digitalization, sustainability, and innovation.

You will work with an ambitious and multidisciplinary team of colleagues and have access to experts across our international consulting network. Your professional and personal growth will be supported by a Development Manager, alongside opportunities to attend extensive training programs and social events. All this while gaining invaluable experience as a consultant at BearingPoint.

What We Are Looking For

• M.Sc. in Engineering, Economics, or another relevant field.
• 6–9 years of management consulting experience, including executing projects in one or more of the following areas: sourcing and procurement, supply chain management, operations, operational excellence, planning and demand management, and change management within retail and manufacturing.
• Alternatively, 6–9 years of management consulting experience with expertise in operational excellence, particularly within the public sector. This includes proficiency in Lean Six Sigma, shared service center implementation, and support function transformation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Tools such as Excel and PowerPoint to support day‑to‑day business activities.
• Comfortable working in an international environment with willingness to travel for client assignments both locally and abroad.
• A business mindset, strong analytical skills, team spirit, and the ambition to thrive in a challenging and fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in sales and/or business development activities with a proven track record in selling projects and leading teams.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English (written and spoken).
