Emirates invites ambitious, service‑driven individuals across Sweden to step into one of our upcoming Open Days—no prior online application required.

We’ll walk you through the day: a welcome and overview, group activities and an online test, and a final interview where we hear your story and motivations.

What to Bring

• A valid photo ID for venue entry.
• Digital copies on your phone (in case we ask): an up‑to‑date CV in English, your highest education certificate, and a PDF copy of your passport photo page.

Dress Code

Professional business attire; women should tie hair back, wear polished makeup, and wear heels.

Men should have neatly styled hair, be clean‑shaven, and wear a suit or smart business attire with formal shoes.

Requirements

Pay & Benefits

Your starting pay (GradeII – Economy Class) is built from three components: a fixed basic salary of AED4,980 per month, hourly flying pay of AED69.60 based on an average of 80–100 flying hours per month, and overseas meal allowances. The approximate average monthly total is AED11,244 (about USD3,061).

Benefits include:

• Fully furnished free housing with utilities; bedroom in a shared apartment with same‑gender colleagues.
• Visitor policy: visitors not permitted past 1:00AM unless they are also crew; up to two family members per visit, twice per year, for a maximum of 30 days.
• Company‑provided transport to and from work and training college.
• 30 calendar days of annual leave, plus a firm free ticket to your home country each year (exchangeable for any Emirates destination after three years of service).
• 24/7 worldwide life and personal accident insurance; comprehensive medical and dental care at Emirates clinics.
• End‑of‑service benefit: a non‑contributory lump sum upon completion of your contract term.
