BYD Europe is seeking a Site Acquisition Manager to identify, secure and progress strategic locations for BYD’s Flash Charging network in Sweden and Denmark, with a focus on greenfield development and retrofit opportunities. You will own the end-to-end local site acquisition process, from market scouting and feasibility assessment through permitting coordination and readiness for deployment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in site acquisition, real estate development, infrastructure expansion, or EV charging deployment.
• Strong experience in greenfield infrastructure development and/or acquisition of operational infrastructure assets.
• Experience negotiating with landowners, municipalities, utilities, infrastructure owners, or commercial real estate stakeholders.
• Understanding of permitting processes, grid connection constraints, and infrastructure redevelopment.

Responsabilités

• Identify and proactively source suitable locations for Flash Charging deployment across Sweden and Denmark.
• Lead identification and progression of greenfield developments, long-term land leases, and retrofit opportunities.
• Coordinate permitting, feasibility checks, and commercial assessments to support investment decisions.
• Manage local relationships with landowners, developers, municipalities, utilities, and charging site operators.
• Ensure site readiness, contract alignment, and transition from acquisition to deployment.
