Job summary

Fenix Outdoor AB is seeking a Commercial Digital Director to lead our digital business across brands, markets and channels from our Solna office. You will own the digital commercial strategy and end-to-end performance, aligning digital revenue with our growth ambitions.

You will build a scalable, data-driven organization, translate insights into actionable plans, and collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations to maximize value.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in digital commerce and e-commerce.
• Proven track record of growing revenue and profitability in consumer goods.
• Experience with P&L ownership and budgeting.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end digital commercial performance across brands and markets.
• Define and execute long-term digital commercial strategy.
• Drive revenue, profitability, and growth with clear targets.
• Lead marketplace strategies and new partnerships.
• Champion deployment of digital tools, data platforms and AI.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Merchandising, Finance, and Operations.
