• 5+ years in pharmaceutical commercial or sales leadership
• Exposure to public affairs or new commercial model development
• Comfortable influencing without direct authority

• Strong cross-border collaboration in a fast-changing environment

Aufgaben

• Identify and test novel commercial models for adrenaline access beyond the pharmacy counter
• Build business cases and GTM approaches for priority channels in Europe
• Position ALK as a partner for institutional and public-access adrenaline programs
• Diagnose drivers of HCP prescribing behavior and design repeatable targeting approaches
• Track leading indicators of prescribing shifts and align strategy with local execution
• Pilot models and codify successful approaches for roll-out across Europe
• Represent ALK with institutional buyers, partners, and stakeholders to shape adrenaline access
