Job summary

Academic Work invites applications for a Project Coordinator (75% FTE) to support a leading EU research facility in Lund. The six-month consultancy starts in October 2026 and offers hybrid working with occasional travel across Europe.

You will assist in EU project management, user access workflows, event coordination, and data handling, collaborating with international partners and the facility's User Office.

Qualifications

• Very high proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Demonstrated experience as a project coordinator or research administrator in complex projects.
• Proven experience in collaborative EU-funded projects and workflow tracking.
• Meticulous documentation and structured workflow organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate User Access Workflows: manage proposal intake, review, scheduling, and post-access follow-up.
• Data & System Administration: ensure accurate proposal tracking and data handling in Excel.
• Stakeholder & Partner Communication: act as central contact for scientific staff, researchers and external users.
• Project Documentation & Reporting: track deliverables and prepare input for EU reporting.
• Event & Meeting Coordination: organize international collaboration meetings and related logistics.
