Job summary

You will support business enablement, thought leadership, partnerships, and Europe-India initiatives, with responsibilities across regulatory responses, meetings, and events.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in political science, international relations, European affairs, public policy, business administration or related field.
• Experience through academic work or internships in policy, public affairs, communications or regulatory affairs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to internal regulatory requests and support client conversations.
• Create and manage regulatory repository on SharePoint with content and briefing notes.
• Coordinate internally and prepare meetings with colleagues.
• Follow up on internal meetings about policy viewpoints with subject matter experts.
• Manage stakeholder trackers and databases for public sector stakeholders.
• Support meeting briefings and background profiles.
• Monitor topics and agendas of key stakeholders.
• Coordinate creation and update of business assets.
• Coordinate actions with partners and plan events such as Policy Summit.
• Coordinate TCS events with internal teams and memberships.
• Support Europe-India briefings and initiatives.
• Support weekly and quarterly reporting and general admin tasks.
