Job summary

JMA Maskindata is seeking an ERP consultant to become an expert in our DSM solution used by dealers of agricultural and construction machinery. You will handle customer inquiries by phone and email, resolving issues and proposing solutions based on NAV/BC or other ERP systems.

Based in Eslöv, Sweden, you will collaborate with a Nordic team and, when necessary, escalate to our Denmark-based team. You will also train on Aptean Equipment DMS to support future offerings and help customers move

Qualifications

• Practical experience in finance and warehousing
• Practical and documented experience with NAV/BC or other ERP systems
• Entry could be from a controller/accountant or consultant using NAV/BC
• Regular customer contact via phone and email
• Proactive in helping customers move forward

Responsibilities

• Help customers via phone and email and understand their challenges
• Describe unresolved cases clearly for escalation to Denmark
• Contribute to solution proposals with the DSM and Aptean Equipment DMS
• Learn and apply in-house DSM on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
