Job summary

JMA Maskindata, part of Aptean, seeks a Manager, ERP Business Consultant in Eslöv. The role blends hands-on ERP consulting with light local leadership, guiding a small team while staying close to customers and projects.

You will lead Dynamics 365 BC/NAV deployments, own solution design and workshops, and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget. This position offers cross-border collaboration with Denmark and opportunities across Aptean’s global ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV or similar ERP
• Background as Senior or Lead ERP Consultant
• Natural leadership and strong communication skills
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Solid understanding of ERP projects, business processes, and project economics
• Commercial mindset and customer‑value focus

Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV ERP implementations
• Own solution design, customer workshops, and project execution
• Ensure projects are delivered on scope, time, and budget
• Monitor project finances, risks, and opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales, Development, and Support teams
