Zusammenfassung

SCANIA CV AKTIEBOLAG is seeking an Environmental Specialist to combine chemistry expertise with coordination skills to support environmental work across the organisation.

You will manage chemical information, ensure accuracy and compliance, and communicate environmental information through internal channels to help colleagues access what they need. The role is temporary and runs until 31 August 2027.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of chemistry, preferably through education or relevant work experience.
• Experience of administration, coordination or information management.
• Experience of internal communication or content publishing is an advantage.
• Good digital skills and confidence using Microsoft 365 and web-based tools.
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.

Aufgaben

• Manage, maintain and continuously improve Scania's chemical register, ensuring information is accurate, complete and up to date.
• Support users of the chemical register through guidance, access management and issue resolution.
• Coordinate and follow up on chemical-related activities with internal stakeholders, including Procurement and production units.
• Contribute to the development of environmental processes, documentation and working methods within Group Environment.
• Create, coordinate and publish environmental information on intranet, ensuring content is relevant and user-focused.
