Qualifications

• Chemistry knowledge or environmental science background.
• Experience with administration or information management.
• Experience in internal communication or content publishing is an advantage.
• Excellent Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Strong digital skills with MS 365 and web-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Scania's chemical register to keep information accurate and up to date.
• Support users through guidance, access management and issue resolution.
• Coordinate environmental activities with internal stakeholders like Procurement and production units.
• Contribute to developing environmental processes and working methods within Group Environment.
• Publish environmental information on intranet, ensuring content is relevant and user-friendly.
• Coordinate activities within the global Environment & Chemicals network (planning, distribution lists, communication).
• Participate in projects related to environmental compliance, reporting and sustainability.
