Job summary

Inriver, a global leader in Product Information Management (PIM), seeks a Technical Customer Success Manager to support enterprise customers in Malmö. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success or similar SaaS roles.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and PIM solutions.
• Experience working with complex customer environments and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, data flows, and modern software architecture.
• Strong analytical and consultative skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to translate objectives into value.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English and Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers, driving adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Serve as a strategic and technical advisor, translating business and technical requirements into scalable recommendations.
• Support customers in optimizing workflows, integrations, and platform capabilities.
• Lead onboarding activities post-implementation and ensure successful ramp-up.
• Conduct business reviews and health checks to align platform usage with objectives.
• Develop and execute success plans delivering measurable ROI.
• Identify risks and implement strategies to reduce churn.
• Partner with Account Management to support renewals and expansions.
• Represent the voice of the customer to internal teams regarding product adoption and challenges.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, demos, and strategic discussions when needed.
