Job summary

FDJ UNITED is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to drive enterprise AI transformation within its Tech function. Based in South Wimbledon, London, the role combines hands-on coaching, live workshops, and embedding governance and security into every AI use case from day one.

The successful candidate will define good practices for enterprise AI enablement in a regulated iGaming environment, mentoring engineers and domain experts through AI opportunities and overseeing governance processes across teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on in AI/ML or data engineering with enablement experience.
• Proven ability to coach technical teams to build and deploy AI agents or RAG pipelines.
• Experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms (e.g., n8n).
• Strong prompt engineering knowledge and teaching ability to others.
• Understanding of enterprise integration patterns (REST, OAuth/SSO, data flow).
• Commitment to governance, data classification, and compliance in design.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver hands-on technical workshops for engineers as a Technical AI Coach.
• Coach engineers through identifying real use cases and building first working solutions on KAIT.
• Run AI opportunity audits to assess quick wins and required guidance.
• Create training content on RAG pipelines, AI agent design, prompt engineering, API integration.
• Provide floor support during workshops with live debugging and troubleshooting.
