COREcruitment Ltd in Stockholm, Copenhagen or Oslo is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead maintenance across a growing portfolio of premium retail sites in Scandinavia. You’ll combine technical leadership with hands‑on engineering support, overseeing multi—site operations and ensuring safe, reliable service delivery.

The role requires regular travel between sites and occasional visits to Paris.

Qualifications

• Experience as Engineering Manager or Senior Maintenance in Facilities Management.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building services.
• Hands-on leadership with ability to support engineers.
• Experience managing multiple sites or mobile engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel across Scandinavia and to Paris.
• Experience working with premium global retail brands.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering and maintenance activities across multiple retail sites
• Provide hands-on technical support when required
• Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
• Build relationships with clients, contractors, and site teams
• Ensure health & safety compliance and company standards
• Support mobilisation of new client sites
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
