Qualifications

• Proven experience leading 10+ engineers as direct reports.
• Strong technical background in software development.
• Experience driving organizational change in engineering teams.
• Practical experience with AI in software engineering at developer and leadership level.
• Experience from building or scaling B2B SaaS for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the people by owning up to ~15 engineers, managing performance, growth and wellbeing.
• Own delivery end-to-end, shipping high-quality software with balance of technical excellence and time to market.
• Help lead the transformation by defining organizational vision and ways of working for AI-native software development.
