Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or automotive engineering.
• Strong experience in combustion-engine development and hardware design.
• Proven leadership of engineers or technical teams.
• Ability to guide projects from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Engine Development team, fostering technical excellence, ownership and collaboration.
• Set technical direction and priorities together with the team and stakeholders across R&D.
• Own the team’s delivery across engine design, validation, industrialisation and production support.
• Guide the development of engine systems and components to meet targets for performance, durability, weight, quality and manufacturability.
• Ensure robust engineering quality through design reviews, analysis, testing and root‑cause investigations.
• Plan resources and competences across development projects.
• Work cross‑functionally to solve complex challenges spanning design, simulation, testing, engine control and manufacturing.
