Qualifications

• Experience in technical project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in control systems, preferably including function development and calibration.
• A structured and results-oriented approach to planning and execution, including deliverables, milestone reviews, resource planning, and budget follow-up.
• Sound business judgment and the ability to balance technical priorities with cost, timing, and organizational needs.
• A university degree in a relevant technical field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Be an active member of the section’s leadership team and coordinate the group’s deliverables with close collaboration of the other groups across the section.
• Support the Calibration Leaders with prioritization and resource estimates, and guide them in their daily work within the project teams.
• Support your employees in their professional development.
• Interview and recruit team members as needed.
