Job summary

Ericsson’s Early Career Program is an 18‑month journey for recent graduates or those with up to five years of experience. You will rotate through roles, including an international assignment, tackling hardware and software integration challenges and delivering milestone-ready functionality.

You will lead integration planning, coordinate across development teams, and drive readiness for verification and certification. Stockholm-based and exposed to global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field as listed.
• Experience in complex product development from start to delivery.
• Familiarity with hardware and software system interfaces.
• Ability to plan milestones and manage dependencies across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the integration strategy and track progress across development teams.
• Coordinate hardware and software integration from first steps to basic functionality milestones.
• Lead integration planning with clear timelines and dependencies.
• Coordinate prerequisites, configurations, test environments and use cases.
• Chair integration meetings, align teams, and prioritize work with dependencies.
• Track defects, drive corrective actions, and escalate blockers when needed.
