Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in air freight and forwarding operations.
• Strong knowledge of air product and shipments.
• Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end air freight shipments (import and export).
• Coordinate airline bookings with core carrier partners & gateways.
• Arrange pre- and on-carriage with trucking partners and ensure on-time filings.
• Ensure accuracy of revenue and cost allocation at shipment level.
• Update shipment milestones in systems and provide proactive customer updates.
• Collaborate with sales/account management to meet customer commitments.
