Job summary

Assa Abloy is seeking a Divisional Compliance Officer to oversee compliance matters across the division. The role involves supporting the implementation of compliance programs related to anti-corruption and trade sanctions and reporting to the Group’s Code of Conduct Committee.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal audit teams and external consultants, conducting compliance investigations and managing communications with regulators. Fluency in English and a relevant degree are required for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar position.
• Experience in internal audit or working with internal controls is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support development and oversight of compliance programs.
• Conduct compliance investigations and manage communications with regulators.
• Raise awareness of compliance programs through training.
