Job summary

Troax is seeking a Regional Sourcing Director EMEA to lead the regional execution of the global sourcing strategy. You will align regional needs with global priorities and drive performance through people, suppliers and data.

You will champion the regional sourcing community, mentor teams, and own supplier performance, contracts and commercial negotiations to deliver measurable results. Collaboration across manufacturing, engineering, quality, finance and sustainability is essential.

Qualifications

Academic background in supply chain, procurement or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing and category management in manufacturing environments.
Experience with ERP systems, BI tools, and data-driven performance tracking.
Excellent English language skills.

Responsibilities

Drive and adapt regional sourcing strategy aligned with global direction.
Lead and develop the regional sourcing team and community.
Support Strategic Sourcing Leads in supplier performance, contracts, and negotiations.
Ensure risk management, supply continuity, and sustainability compliance.
