Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior procurement leader to own the global procurement strategy and drive a multi-year transformation, aligning performance, ESG, and risk with enterprise goals.

You will personally lead high-impact initiatives, shape the operating model, and ensure predictable, measurable outcomes while balancing ambition with speed and risk.

This role requires deep experience in global, matrixed organizations and the ability to collaborate across functions to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in global Procurement, Supply Chain, or Operations with direct ownership of transformation programs.
• Experience integrating performance management, ESG, and risk into Procurement strategy.
• Hands-on experience with Source-to-Pay platforms, analytics, governance, and operating model design.
• Experience in complex, matrixed, multinational environments.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the global Procurement strategy and multi-year transformation roadmap, integrating performance, ESG, and risk objectives.
• Lead high-impact transformation initiatives with pragmatic trade-offs between ambition, speed, and risk.
• Strengthen the global Procurement operating model, clarifying roles, decision rights, and accountability.
• Ensure Procurement outcomes are predictable, measurable, and aligned with enterprise commitments.
