Job summary

Wallenius Wilhelmsen is seeking a Digital Liaison – Logistics (EMEA) to connect regional Logistics with global Digital Solutions Logistics teams. You will translate operational needs into clear requirements and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to move initiatives forward.

The role emphasizes hands-on collaboration with leadership, operations, and customer-facing teams across EMEA, requiring strong stakeholder management and English proficiency. Travel within the region may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Digital, Technology, Logistics or related area.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations and processes.
• Experience translating business needs into clear requirements.
• Experience coordinating digital/tech initiatives from requirement through implementation.
• Knowledge of APIs, SaaS platforms, integrations and data.

Responsibilities

• Be the main Digital Solutions Logistics contact for Logistics stakeholders across EMEA.
• Collaborate with regional teams to understand operational challenges and digital needs.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and coordinate with Digital teams.
• Drive initiatives across Product, Architecture, Integration, Data and Delivery teams.
